This sunday is the Spartan Race!!!!! I am not sure what I got myself into considering the fact that I am sick, but we'll see how it goes! See below for a little preview!
In the meantime, here is a little workout I am doing this morning. This one is easy to follow and a full body workout. What is a 45 minutes workout in your whole day?! Nothing feels better than a good workout! :) I love searching on Youtube for workout videos as they are dynamic, motivating and changes it up a bit from running on the treadmill. Oh! And they are free! Try to do this training and let me know how it went!!! How awesome it would be to motivate each other !? ;)
